Recipients of NSLA Student Awards Announced

NSLA is pleased to announce the recipients of the School of Information Management, Dalhousie University and the Library and Information Technology, NSCC graduate awards.

The NSLA Award for the School of Information Management graduate, given to a student with high academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to public libraries, went to Ariel Kleber.  Ariel was awarded this at the School of Information Management award reception.

The recipient of the 2012 NSLA Award for a Library and Information Technology Student, which recognizes the achievement of a graduating student for the greatest contribution to the overall programme, is Dea Nieuwejaar.

The recipients of the NSLA Awards each receive a certificate of accomplishment, a one-year free membership to NSLA, and a monetary prize.

Congratulations to Ariel and Dea!
