The NSLA 2022 Conference will take place from October 14 to October 16 at the Holiday Inn- Sydney Waterfront. The theme of this year’s conference is Libraries. Connections. Communities.   Libraries inform, inspire, and connect people through in-person and online services, leading to many impactful experiences for individuals, families, organizations, and businesses in our communities.  They provide welcoming spaces where all people can learn, relax, discover, and connect with others. Valuable community partnerships are also fostered and developed through libraries.   The members of the Planning Committee have been hard at work developing a slate of sessions that will engage and inform participants, and we need your input.  What kinds of sessions do you want to see at the conference? NSLA CONFERENCE 2022: SAVE THE DATE

This fall, CBRL will host the NSLA Conference from October 14-16, 2022 at the Holiday Inn, Sydney Waterfront. The theme this year is Libraries. Connections. Communities. , which speaks to the vital role of public libraries across the province as connectors in urban and rural communities. Library connections available to patrons, families, community groups, and businesses directly impact all Nova Scotians. Access to information, technology, resources, and programs in welcoming spaces provides opportunities for others to learn, grow, and engage with each other and their communities.
