Congratulations to Winners of 2016 Student Awards

In June, merit award ceremonies were held for graduates of the Dalhousie School of Information Management’s MLIS program and NSCC’s Library and Information Technology program. The annual NSLA student prizes were presented at those events.  Each prize comprises a certificate of merit, a financial gift, and a one-year membership to NSLA.

The winner of the NSLA Award for School of Information Graduate is selected based on high academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to public libraries. This year two students were recognized: Jenna Knorr and Elizabeth O’Brien.
