Patron Service Workshop

9:30-12:30 – Serving Mature Consumers presented by N. S. Tourism Human Resource Council

This informative and interactive 3 hour session will focus on: Understanding Older Customers Needs and Expectations, Demographics, Tips for Assisting Seniors/Others Requiring Adaptive Assistance, and more.

1:30-3:00 – Out of the Shadows presented by Wayne Schnarre

Mr. Schnarre will be sharing his experiences, stories and objective research about mental health to educate, combat stigma and promote wellness.


This workshop will be offered twice in two different locations for your convenience:

  • October 3rd at the Antigonish Town and Country Library
  • October 17th at the Thomas H. Raddall Library in Liverpool

Cost

  • FREE to NSLA members (Institutional Members can send 2 staff free of charge)
  • $25 for non-NSLA members (please note: the cost of membership is $25)
