Best-selling Canadian author Margaret Atwood will greet her readers and fans at an evening fundraiser for the South Shore Public Libraries on Tuesday, August 23 at the Best Western Bridgewater Hotel.

2011 NSLA/LBANS Conference is hosted by Cape Breton Regional Library with assistance from Cape Breton University Library and Canadian Coast Guard College Library. The conference will be held on September 23 – 25 2011 in Sydney, Nova Scotia at the Delta Sydney hotel.
