The Library Boards Association of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Library Association annual conference will take place from Friday, Oct. 23 to Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009 at the Rodd Grand Hotel and Conference Centre in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The conference with its theme of “The Juggling Act: Finding the Balance” is being hosted by Western Counties Regional Library. Halifax Public Library was one of the winners of the OLA’s President Award for Exceptional Achievement awarded at the Ontario Library Association super conference 2009.
